Pokémon Trainers Ash Ketchum, Iris, and Cilan visit Pokémon Hills, a natural park surrounded by a city. While there, Ash quickly befriends the lost Genesect. Mew is a Pokémon resurrected from fossils after 300 million years of extinction. Ash offers to help Genesect return home. A red Genesect attacks Ash and forces a friendly Genesect to attack him as well. Mew Two, another Pokémon created by humans. Block attacks Saving the lives of Ash, Cilan, and Iris, Genesect, not knowing that the humans survived, leaves.
That night, five Genesects took over the heart of the Pokémon Hills, driving the other Pokémon out. and built giant nests near Panna Lotuses (the flowers that existed in their homes 300 million years ago) to turn them into a new home. This threatens the substation beneath the Pokémon Hills as well as the city’s power grid. Mewtwo, upon being informed of Genesek’s rampage, appears. Mewtwo tells the Red Genesect not to harm the other Pokémon. But it refuses to listen. And the two began a high-speed chase around the city.
