To help Carol 17-year-old Matt’s dying mother forces his 14-year-old brother, Joey, to rob a remote house that has been gassed. Security guard Dave Hamby chases two boys through the woods. But instead, he fell into an abandoned well. Matt insists on leaving Hamby in the hole so he can’t turn the brothers over to the police. Out of guilt for leaving the man stranded. So Joey visits Hamby regularly to bring water, food, and sleeping bags.
