Batman (Bruce Wayne) and Nightwing (Dick Grayson) discover that Poison Ivy (Pamela Isley) and Floronic Man (Jason Woodrue) joins forces and steals information from S.T.A.R., a laboratory about “Biological Restoration Project” and Swamp Thing (Alec Holland), they decide to find Harleen Quinzel (Harleen Quinzel; Poison Ivy’s best friend and Joker’s close friend and girlfriend)
with hesitation to find out where the pair are hiding. However, Harley has been off the grid since her parole. Batman leaves his search for Harley to go to Nightwing as he learns what two criminals are doing at A.R.G.U.S. Headquarters. Batman asks Sarge. Steele is about the kidnapping of a scientist named Dr. Harold Goldblum, who has a background in chemistry, botany and biological warfare, however Sarge said they had no potential sales leads.

He got angry at her, saying she hadn’t reported to her parole officer in months. And he can drag her to jail. They fought until she knocked him down.
