The film opens with Cath and her younger sister, Nick, and their friends, Jody and Lisa, diving and spearfishing. Walking back to the car park, Cat’s abusive husband, Greg, takes Cat home. That evening, Nic receives a distraught text from Cath and rushes to find Cath’s body submerged in the bathtub, which Greg claims. She made him do it nine months later.
