และถือเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้นักแสดงตลกหลายคนหันมาแสดงเดี่ยวไมโครโฟนอุดม แต้พานิช (ชื่อเล่น: โน้ส) เป็นศิลปิน คอมเมเดียน นักแสดง นักเขียน เดี่ยวไมโครโฟน 6 (2003) ผู้มีผลงานอันเป็นที่ยอมรับอย่างมากในประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะในด้านการแสดง เดี่ยวไมโครโฟน
หรือการแสดงตลกคนเดียวบนเวที (Stand Up Comedy) นอกจากด้านการแสดงเดี่ยวไมโครโฟนแล้ว อุดมยังเป็นคนทำงานศิลปะ เป็นคนเขียนบทและแสดงภาพยนตร์ รวมทั้งเป็นนักเขียนที่มีผลงานโดดเด่น และอยู่ในความทรงจำของผู้คน
อุดม แต้พานิช เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 1 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2511 ที่จังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นบุตรของทองสุข อารีล้น กับสมจิต แต้พานิช มีพี่น้อง 3 คน เขาเป็นลูกคนกลาง
อุดมเริ่มงานแรกเป็นคนเขียนการ์ตูนที่ชัยพฤกษ์ และเมื่อได้อ่าน ไปยาลใหญ่ ฉบับแรกบนแผงเขารู้สึกถูกใจในบุคลิกของหนังสือ และอยากร่วมงานด้วย จนได้เข้าไปสมัครเป็นนักแสดงละครของศิษย์สะดือ ความรักของมาลัยในห้องไอซียู เป็นละครเรื่องแรกที่เล่น ได้รับบทเป็นคนแก่ในโรงพยาบาล จบจากละครก็ก้าวเข้าสู่ถนนหนังสือ ในตำแหน่งฝ่ายศิลป์ของไปยาลใหญ่

งานเขียนเรื่องแรกแจ้งเกิดในสนามไปยาลใหญ่นั่นเอง หลังจากงานได้ตีพิมพ์ อุดม เริ่มรับผิดชอบคอลัมน์ต่างๆ ในไปยาลใหญ่ โดยใช้นามปากกาว่า “โน้ตหน้ามึน หลานเจ๊นี้ขายผลไม้” ควบคู่ตำแหน่งฝ่ายศิลปของหนังสือ ใครที่เป็นแฟนไปยาลใหญ่คงคุ้นเคยและติดอกติดใจกับเกมส์กวนๆ ในคอลัมน์ ‘สารภีมีดีให้’ อุดมเป็นสารภีในช่วงท้ายของหนังสือก่อนที่ไปยาลใหญ่จะปิดตัวเองลง
อุดมพาความสามารถเข้าสู่เส้นทางสายบันเทิงโดยเริ่มจากเป็นตัวประกอบในวิก 07 ของเจเอสแอล และเล่นเกมส์จุดเดือด ทางผู้ใหญ่ในเจเอสแอลประทับใจลีลาจึงชักชวนมาร่วมงานด้วยในรายการ ยุทธการขยับเหงือก ซึ่งเป็นรายการ Comedian Show ที่มีความนิยมเป็นอันดับต้น ๆ
